Before we start a session with you, you will need to make an outline of all the changes you wish to make including writing the new content. Being prepared with everything ready will save you time and money.
We can also do it in reverse where our website mechanic connects to your computer and makes the changes on your computer.

Pricing
How much does it cost?
We charge $99 per hour including GST for all work. The website mechanic can call at home, office or mobile phone or you can visit the Wollongong office in person.
Fixed Priced Services
Some of our customers are busy and do not have the time to spend updating their website. We can provide a quote to do your website updates. If the work takes less time than what we quote, we will charge you the lower amount. If it takes longer, we will not charge you extra.
If additional work is required, it will be charged at the normal rate.
Turnaround time for quoted jobs
We will try our best to get your job done for you as quickly as possible. The main problem that holds up updates is getting the information we need to do the update. By having the information ready, we can get the work done quicker.
Depending on our current workload and the amount of time for the job will depend on when we can get the job done for you.
